SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICYShipping

Kiss-E ships within the U.S. and Canada via USPS, UPS and Fed Ex. We do offer overseas shipping on a limited basis. Please contact us at info@kissecollar.com for overseas shipping information prior to ordering. Packages are sent with tracking information, once packages leave our facility, Kiss-E cannot be held liable or responsible for any mishandling by third party carriers. Insurance is optional but recommended. We cannot be responsible for lost or damages incurred in transit.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME Order Processing

Usual processing time is 3-5 business days however since many of our products are hand/semi-custom made, order processing and shipping may take longer. You will be notified if there is any type of delay in the processing of your order. We will do everything that we can to process your order as quickly as possible.

In the unlikely event of damage to our products in transit, Kiss-E assumes no liability for mishandling or loss of parcels by third party carriers or by any other person once the product leaves our facility. We cannot be responsible for loss or damages incurred in transit.

 



RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
By shopping at Kiss-E you agree to the policies contained on this website, and you also agree to our Return Policy indicated on this page. Please make note of time line for returns and exchanges of the various products and what is not refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Returns:
1. Food Items are not refundable.
2. Due to sanitary conditions, Tinkle Bands are not refundable.
3. Any customized items are not refundable. Customized items are as follows: products made with special ordered fabrics or any type of material bought specifically to manufacture an item; named/monogrammed items; custom colors; custom sizing.

Kiss-E Collar Returns
Returns on Kiss-E Collar Cones are on a case by case basis. Collars must be new, unused and contain all labels, intact with original packaging materials; final determination of collar condition to be determined solely by our staff. Please contact us prior to returning any item. Collar returns must be post marked within 3 days of receipt of the original order delivery confirmation.

All other items for Returns or exchanges – must be made with 15 days of acceptance of original delivery unless otherwise noted above. Any refunds will be less original shipping charges unless it is determined that Kiss-E is at fault causing the return. In order to be eligible for refund, items returned for refund must be new, unused and resaleable with all tags and packaging. Refunds are at the sole discretion of our staff. Buyer agrees to send items back at buyers expense. To request a refund or exchange, please contact us for authorization. Any deviation from this policy will result in no refund or exchange. We will do everything possible to keep you as a satisfied Kiss-E customer.
